Please enjoy your selected throwback  of the day. Sticking to our monday theme of money and motivation. Today’s video comes from a solo artist that was 1/2 of the group Christion. Signed to Rocafella/ Def Jam this 90′s, the r&b duo from Bay Area  had hits like Full of Smoke and Your Love (  the remix) featuring Jay-Z.  The gentleman would eventually parts way, prompting Allen Anthony to pursue a solo career with Rocafella records in 2001.

In 2003 he was featured on the a Freeway single entitled Alright.  A few months a solo version featuring just Anthony was released. A single with heartfelt lyrics discussing the circumstances of not having money. No longer signed to Rocafella Records, Anthony is now with an independent label called Blue Zane Music and is set to release new an album sometime this year. His latest single entitled DO 4 U can be heard at REVERBNATION. COM.
