You know our Thursday’s are deciated to throwback dance/pop videos. Today we revisit a called group called Nu Shooz out of Portland Oregon. An 80′s electronic dance group  made up of husband-and-wife duo, John Smith and Valerie Day. The group release three studio albums, but gain the attention  of a wider audience when they release their second album called “Poolside”. After originally releasing the hit single “I Can’t Wait” in Portland, the duo gained the interest of Alantic Records who signed the group to a record contact. Once signed the group re-recorded and release “I Can’t Wait” in 1986. One of their biggest singles to date the album “Poolside” went certified gold as well as the group receiving a grammy nomination for Best New Artist in 1987.  Pls Enjoy.
