Signing to Universal Records in 1999 he made his solo debut with Country Grammar, which went certified 9x platinum by the RIAA, making this St. Louis cutie an international rapstar. He later went to release 4 more studio albums which featured numerous hits.  This rapper known as Nelly also boasts a sucessful resume in acting, fashion, charity work, endorsements and business ventures.
