If your a fan of art like myself, you’ll love these paintings by Dawn Okoro.
On a recent visit to one of my favorite sites (Afripopmag), I came across her amazing contemporary pieces. Influenced by photography, collages and ideas from popular culture Ms. Okoro pieces provide a retro twist to sensual images of soul sistahs. An artist we should familiarize ourselves with, she’s received press from various online media outlets as well as guest starred in her own solo exhibitions.
Hmmmm…I wonder if she taking personal orders?
