Glamour is honoring First Lady Michelle Obama with a Special Recognition award in the annual Woman of the Year issue that goes on newsstands Nov 10. for her commitment to mentoring young women. She is the First Lady in Glamour’s 70-year history that will appear on the cover in her own drop-waist, red cocktail dress with a modified ball skirt and a chunky, bow-inspired necklace.
